Refund & Cancellation

1.No amount will be refunded in case of Accomodation (Room Booking), Cot Booking and Darshan facilities cancellation.

2.Online Donation for Free Prasad Bhojan and other fund categories is non refundable.

3.Book Shop facilities are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non transferrable.

4.Due to technical failure, if transaction remains incomplete and amount has been deducted from devotee's account, then she/he will get full refund after deducting reasonable fac applicable only for Accommodation and Darshan facilities. In case of donation, donation receipt will be sent to devotee's registered address with Temple.

5.After processing the refund, devotee will get automated Email.

6.Final decision regarding any complaint about refund lies with SRI GNANA SARASWATHI DEVASTHANAM Executive Officer.
